About Joseph

Prior to a Real Estate career, Joe successfully climbed the corporate ladder in sales and marketing, including management positions within IBM and Lexmark moving 13 times throughout the U.S.

Originally, growing up in Indianapolis, he and his wife moved back in 2003 and became very active in a new community and opened a real estate office in The Village of WestClay. Over the past years, he has enjoyed being associated with several quality regional and international brokerages. Currently, back where West Clay Realty and being brokered by eXp Realty. Joe was a North Central High School and Ball State University graduate. He attended post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School, Xavier University, University of Kentucky and George Washington University. While not receiving a post-graduate degree, he has earned several concentration certifications from these schools. Joe enjoys working with people who appreciate great service, dedication and honesty. He understands and listens to client needs, has good knowledge of the market, and solid reputation amongst his peers. Joe has been actively involved with MIBOR (Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors) and has contributed to the Realtor Foundation which supports the central Indiana homeless population making contributions on behalf of his clients. Nearly 100% of his business comes from referrals and working with past clients including 2nd and 3rd generations. Whether a first time home buyers, investor, empty-nester or the most discreet ... the client / broker relationship will be fulfilling.
